I am Pieter Dijkhuis, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of ADNET. In this position, I oversee all financial, business intelligence, ERP, risk, and tax functions within company. I view the finance team as a strategic partner for management, providing them with the information they need to make effective decisions, while freeing them up to focus on the customer. My team also provides a control framework for good governance and risk management in order to enhance the security of our customers’ data. We design the steering metrics that allow us to measure our performance and determine whether we are meeting our customers’ expectations. All of these are essential ingredients in developing a self-learning organization that can fulfill its mission of adding real value for customers.
Prior to my time at ADNET, I worked as finance professional in the banking, commodity trading and private equity industries. I have 20 years of international work experience, having worked in Amsterdam, Curacao, Buenos Aires, London, and New York.
I pursued my studies in Economics at the University of Groningen and obtained an executive MBA from Insead. When not working, I enjoy mountaineering and playing soccer with the ADNET team.
I am Svenja de Vos, Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of ADNET Global. I am responsible for the Product Management, Product Engineering, and System Administration departments. Together with my team, I am responsible for setting ADNET’s technical vision, scaling ADNET’s technology, pushing innovation, and further developing the company’s cloud hosting and cybersecurity services. ADNET is well known for delivering great products, and with the growing technology, we can cater our customers’ needs better.
Prior to joining ADNET, I have been involved with the telecom industry for almost 20 years. For the last 14 years, I worked as CIO in Austria and the Netherlands at Tele2, and as Director of Transformation for the Tele2 group.
Next to technology, my other passions in life are spending time with my friends and family, interior design, and Formula1.
I am Alexander Kalkman, proud CMO of ADNET. Being part of a company that has an ambitious vision for the future of a growing industry, while getting to work with a diverse range of customers and colleagues from around the world, inspires me every day.
I joined ADNET in 2016 after having spent 20 years working in high-tech companies including, HP, Vodafone, Raet, and Essent. As CMO, I am responsible for branding, demand generation, strategic partnerships, PR, and event marketing. By bringing these pieces together into a harmonious whole, my goal for marketing is to shape our global brand while building on our rich legacy of entrepreneurship.
Building better brands and teams, while creating an atmosphere that inspires and challenges others, has been a passion for me since graduating from business school and my master’s degree in marketing. In my free time, I enjoy the great outdoors, spending time with my family, and restoring (and driving) classic cars.
I am Walter van de Waterbeemd, Chief Human Resources Officer, ADNET Global BV. I am responsible for all HR and Facilities related operations, including finding the right talent, scaling our global team, developing our talent, constantly improving the employee engagement - and do all these in an inspiring and transparent environment. I believe that contented employees will always lead to contented customers, translating to a good NPS.
For over 30 years, I have been working in the HR field with different industries – Defence, Public Service, Energy, Shipbuilding and Installation industry. Prior to ADNET, I have held the role of HR Director and other senior management roles with different companies such as the Dutch Air Force, Municipality of Maastricht, NRE, Damen Schelde Naval Shipbuilding and Feenstra.
I graduated from the Royal Military Academy for the Air Force and studied post academic Business Management at the University of Twente. I studied at the Defense Institute of Management Studies and earned a Master’s degree in Public Administration. In my free time, I like to cook gourmet dinners and play classical music with friends.
I am Arno Witvliet, the Chief Sales Officer of ADNET since 2016. In this position, I oversee all commercial operations of ADNET worldwide with a clear focus on achieving the overall topline objectives of the company.
Prior to ADNET, I served UNIT4 as SVP & Global Transformation Officer leading the transformation of the worldwide sales organization. Earlier in my career I have been in senior leadership positions with Atos as the SVP Global Sales & Marketing, for Canopy Cloud and OpenText/Cordys as the VP & General Manager for Continental Europe.
I hold a master’s degree in business economics from the Erasmus University Rotterdam.
I am René Olde Olthof, the Chief Operational Officer (COO) of ADNET. My team and I are responsible for ensuring that our customers’ services are up and running 24/7. This means not only restoring services when something breaks down, but also making sure we do the utmost to prevent service disruptions from happening in the first place. Next to that, I am also responsible for all mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining ADNET, I worked in various IT management positions, the latest being with Transavia, the leading Dutch low cost airline. I became part of the ADNET family in 2011 when joining DataXenter as Managing Director. Responsible for building the modular data center in our Haarlem facility, this proved to be a crash course in all technology related to data centers and infrastructure, which still serves me well.
I studied Business Management at the University of Groningen where I graduated in 1997. In my free time, I like to travel, photograph, ride my Royal Enfield motorcycle, or take my boat out on the canals of Amsterdam.
Regional Management Team - The Netherlands
I am Eltjo Hofstee, Regional Sales Manager at ADNET Netherlands. I am responsible for leading a team of sales professionals focused on the Western and Southern European regions. We offer solutions to ADNET customers and prospects, build and maintain relationships, and improve overall customer satisfaction by closely listening to customers’ needs and understanding their goals and priorities.
I joined ADNET in 2011, starting as a Senior Account Manager. Prior to my time with ADNET I worked for a number of companies in the hosting and media industry, and as a CRM (strategy) consultant.
I pursued my studies at Leiden University where I obtained a Master’s degree in public administration. During my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and love all outdoor sports like rowing, mountain biking, skiing, but most of the time I only have time for running.
I am Martijn Bethlehem, Finance Director of ADNET Netherlands B.V. In this position, I oversee all financial aspects within our local entity and help translate our company’s vision into revenue. I view the finance role as a strategic partner for management, providing them with key information to make effective decisions, while freeing them up to keep their focus on the customer. My role also provides support to Operations to optimize the occupancy of our Netherlands data centers, which results in faster delivery times and high availability of our core infrastructure for our customers.
Being with the company for 10 years, I am very proud to see how the company and the employees developed themselves from a local player towards a successful global company with highly satisfied customers. During the last 10 years, I held several finance management positions in Amsterdam and Frankfurt.
Prior to my job at ADNET, I worked as an auditor in one of the Big Four offices. I hold a bachelors’ degree in Auditing. When I am not working, I like spending time with my family, hiking, diving, soccer and traveling.
I am Julia Gortinskaya, Regional Sales Manager at ADNET Netherlands. I am leading a team of sales professionals covering CEE, Nordics, and ROW. We focus on offering solutions to ADNET customers and prospects, build and maintain relationships, and strive to improve the overall customer experience by closely listening to customers’ needs and understanding their goals and priorities.
I have been working at ADNET since 2012, starting as a Senior Account Manager. Prior to my time with ADNET, I worked as a Sales Manager at Linxtelecom - connectivity and data center services provider, and have more than 10 years’ experience in hosting and telecom industry.
I have a Master’s Degree in Applied Linguistics from Moscow State Linguistics University. During my free time, I enjoy reading, visiting classical music concerts, and love outdoor sports like skiing and running.
I am Gerben Sloot, Team Manager Inside Sales at ADNET Netherlands. My team and I are responsible for all incoming sales and sales related matters within ADNET Netherlands. The Inside Sales team is deeply committed to improving customer satisfaction and helping customers find with the best hosting experience. We view our customers as partners, and work closely with them to understand their unique needs.
I have worked for ADNET for over 10 years in a number of different sales positions, providing me insight and understanding of the industry, our customers, and what makes our offerings stand out in the market. Even after a decade at the company it’s still an exciting adventure with new challenges and opportunities arising every day. Prior to joining ADNET I spent 10 years working in the IT division of a large insurance company.
When I’m not at ADNET, I enjoy spending time with my family - having a 6 year old daughter gives you a lot of energy – watching movies or TV series, and heading out with friends for dinner, game nights, or a night at the bar.

I am Chris Dorcsis, Finance Director of ADNET USA, Inc. I am responsible for Accounting & Reporting, Tax, Abuse, Administration, Legal & Compliance, and Merger & Acquisitions. I take pride in providing data, key metrics and support which enables the business to focus where it needs to focus: on the customer.
I am a CPA with over 20 years of experience in the accounting field. I have worked in all areas of accounting and finance throughout my career. Most recently, I worked as Finance Manager for one of the largest listed companies in Australia. Prior to this, I spent eight years as the Controller for a mental health company in Virginia. One of my key strengths is building and maintaining high functioning cohesive teams.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from George Mason University. I spent six years in the Marine Corps Reserves, including a tour in Desert Storm. When I am not working, I enjoy coaching baseball, cruising, spending time with my family, and working out.
I am Meg Riat, Senior Human Resources Business Partner for ADNET USA, Inc. I am responsible for all employee relations, training and development, benefits, performance management, recruiting and onboarding in the US.
I have over 11 years of experience across all functions of human resources. Much of my experience has been in the IT services and solutions industry. Most recently, I worked as the Human Resources Manager for an IT Consulting firm. I strongly believe in providing employees with the right tools and opportunities in order to drive them to perform at their best, which leads to high levels of energy, commitment, and engagement.
I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University, and hold a “Professional in Human Resources” (PHR) certification and the “Society of Human Resources Management Certified Professional” (SHRM-CP) certification. I’m passionate about HR and serve on the Prince William SHRM Board. When not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and travelling.
I am Bart Dries, Operations Director at ADNET USA, Inc. Together with my team I am responsible for ADNET’s infrastructure in the US. For me, the discipline of Operations is uncompromisingly about continuity, stability, reliability and manageability. My team assures that those four key objectives are met on an ongoing basis.
I have been working in the hosting industry for nearly 20 years, 10 of those at ADNET. Before joining ADNET, I developed my operational knowledge of IT infrastructures at a number of European IT companies such as Demon and XS4all. I have been lucky enough to lead a wide range of departments through major changes in the industry. I implemented innovative processes and tactics, while minimizing risks and cost.
I completed my studies at Darden Business School at the University of Virginia. In my free time I enjoy exploring the Arizona country side with my family.
I am Richard Copeland, Sales Director at ADNET USA, Inc. I’m responsible for leading a team of sales professionals in executing the company’s vision by driving revenue growth, market share, and customer satisfaction in our 9 data center locations across the US.
Prior to joining ADNET USA Inc. in 2013, I worked for Verizon Business for 10 years in various account management and sales leadership roles. My responsibilities included providing telecom/hosting solutions to US customers in the SMB and enterprise space. Earlier in my career, I worked for a printed circuit board company where I held process engineering, production management, and customer technical support responsibilities during my 7-year tenure.
I received my Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia. During my free time, I enjoy exercising, watching movies/sports and spending time with my family and friends.
Regional Management Team - Germany
I am Thomas Kirchler, Team Manager Datacenter Operations at ADNET Deutschland GmbH. In this role I oversee all of the technical Teams in Frankfurt. My main responsibility is to ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently so that our customers can have the best possible experience with our products. I achieve this by raising and maintaining the quality standards for the local support, provisioning, and network teams.
I have been in IT for over 10 years, learning the business from scratch. I began my career as a trainee for an IT-Specialist, and then worked for a number of years as a support and provisioning engineer before becoming a team manager. Over the course of my career, and especially during my time as volunteer fire fighter, I have learned to keep calm, focused, and solution oriented, especially in stressful situations, something that, to this day, helps me provide customers with the highest quality service.
Prior to beginning my career, I studied to be an IT Specialist for systems at the Werner von Siemens school in Frankfurt am Main. When I’m not in the office, I enjoy time with my dog, hiking, and riding my motorbike.
I am Patrick Buchna, Team Manager Inside Sales at ADNET Deutschland GmbH. My team and I are responsible for all incoming sales in Germany. The Inside Sales team is deeply committed to improving customer satisfaction by helping customers find the best solutions along with the best hosting experience. We view our customers as partners, and work closely with them to understand their unique needs.
I started working for ADNET in 2015 and since then I have held a number of different sales positions that have provided me insight into and understanding of the industry, our customers, and what makes our offerings stand out and unique in the market. Prior to ADNET had spent around 8 years in the industry, planning and deploying network/server environments, and building up radio links to supply small villages with internet connectivity.
When I´m not in the office, I enjoy watching movies and TV-series, spending time with friends at the bar, and being a DJ at events.
